Through the years, they focused on growth and agent retention by building relationships with local Real Estate Professionals. In October of 2015, Eric Gregan purchased the company from Robert F Blanchard. ERA Blanchard & Rossetto Inc. continues to focus on growth, expanding markets, and agent retention. We have a unique culture in which all agents share ideas making agents around them better, we like to say we are corporate backed by ERA but with a family feel.
